NVIDIA recently released its 2017 Sustainability Report, the company’s eighth report on its environmental, social, and governance progress.

The report discusses NVIDIA’s 2016 performance, priority issues, and sustainability commitments, including designing products that maximize performance while minimizing energy use, and increasing employee diversity and inclusiveness.

Over the past year, multiple organizations have recognized NVIDIA’s sustainability performance and leadership, including Fast Company (Most Innovative Company of 2017) and RobecoSAM (Dow Jones Sustainability Index North America, for the third year).

To continue its sustainability progress, NVIDIA has set several goals for the coming year, including:

  • Ranking all active suppliers for their compliance to the EICC Code of Conduct
  • Achieving 100 percent conflict-free on all products by the end of FY18
  • Rolling out the second phase of unconscious bias programming
  • Connecting UN Sustainable Development Goals with efforts in innovation, health, gender equality, and the environment

Framework LLC provided editorial support for NVIDIA’s 2017 Sustainability Report, as well as guided adherence to the GRI G4 Guidelines at the “Core” level.
