KT’s perspective on corporate sustainability has grown out of her love of the great outdoors, an academic background in business and sustainability, living abroad, and an on-going mission to make a difference in the world. These experiences allow her to analyze sustainability issues critically, and provide a unique technical perspective on climate change issues. KT has previously worked on sustainability initiatives for New York City’s Department of Park and Recreation and interned for Scotland’s 2020 climate group.
At Framework, KT manages materiality projects and helps companies ensure that their disclosure and strategy are aligned with ESG standards and best practices. As an expert in the Global Reporting Initiative G4 guidelines, UNGC principles, and other disclosure frameworks, she supports reporting projects by tracking adherence, conducting benchmarks and research, and strategizing ways to optimize disclosures. KT is an FSA Credential Level II Candidate, a certification developed by SASB to identify leaders in sustainability accounting.Prior to joining Framework, KT earned her MSc in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh, where she focused on climate change science and the implications for society and business. She holds a B.B.A from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
